I’m a software and security engineer in Huntsville, Alabama, with 5+ years in defense and aerospace. I find security weaknesses in complex systems, and I build the tools that make finding them faster.

What I do

At Boeing Intelligence & Analytics, I’m a product security engineer on a cyber test team. I pentest and assess DoD systems, write Python fuzzers and analysis tools, reverse engineer custom binaries and protocols, and act as a trusted agent between external red and blue teams and program security leadership.

Before that, at Northrop Grumman, I managed a software assurance platform, automated change-approval pipelines, and reviewed hundreds of software and hardware changes for security risk.

Building things

On the software side, I founded World Anchor, a small game studio where I build in C++ and C# with Unreal Engine: client-server networking, a Roslyn compiler plugin, and CI/CD that ships Windows, Mac, and Linux builds automatically. My game jam and prototype projects are on itch.io, including PLAN-IT, which won 1st place globally at NASA Space Apps 2019.

Background

I hold a CISSP, an M.S. in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University, and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, where I was vice president of the Cybersecurity Club.

I like work that sits between building software and breaking it.
